General Meetings - KHRRA: Kumeu Huapai Residents & Ratepayers Assn

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each second month commencing in March (March, May, July, September and November).   The meetings are held at the Kumeu Community Centre, 35 Access Road, Kumeu, commencing at 7.30 pm.

Meeting Information and Procedure

• An agenda (notice of meeting) is forwared to all members prior to general, special or annual general meetings along with the minutes of the previous meeting.
  

• Only business specified in the notice of the meeting may be transacted at the meeting.
  

• Business to be transacted at a meeting must be notified in writing (email) to the secretary.
  

• The quorum for meetings is 10 members.
• Only financial members can vote on any matter to be decided at a meeting.

Agenda & Minutes

The agenda and minutes of the previous meeting are forwarded to all paid-up members 2 weeks prior to the monthly meeting.
